Most requests require a copy of your Property Survey or Property Plat, including any/all easement requirements, with the item(s) you are requesting market on it. The document may have been provided with your closing documents.

No work may commence before obtaining Architectural Committee Approval. Surrounding neighbors may be asked for their approval prior to commencement. Forsyth County approval may be required. If required, please check here to confirm it has been obtained (  ).

A representative from the committee will inspect upon completion prior to issuing the final approval.
